In my final draft that I have linked above, I have highlighted the quotations in which I used the quotation sandwich. I did not know about the quotation sandwich before this class. I feel like I have grown a strong knowledge and understanding as to how the quotation sandwich is used. This specific method of incorporating a quote to me is the best way because it gives an introduction to the quote and then sums up the quote afterward. This gives the reader some more information. Before I used to put a quote in without giving it any context. This I see now is not as strong and clear as using the quotation sandwich. All of the quotes I used specifically go with the paragraph that they are in and the main idea of my paper.
This paper both with the grade I got and through my eyes showed my improvement as a writer and that I am capable to grow as a writer. This paper gave me the confidence to be proud of my work and know that I did a great job writing it.
